RETURN POLICY

Any item purchased on www.juanador.com is eligible for return within 10 calendar days from the delivery date of the item. Any return must be unused and in the same condition as it was when it was received.

In order to make a return, you must first contact our support team at support@juanador.com in order to get approval for the return. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to make your return.


REFUNDS

Upon the receipt of your returned item, we will inspect the item and then a refund will be processed to the original payment method used on the order. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not reimbursable and will be deducted from the total refund. You will receive a notification email when this is processed.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days after receipt of your returned item. If you have not received your refund after this time please contact your card issuing bank. If they are unable to resolve your issue, please contact us at support@juanador.com.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order please reach out to support@juanador.com. As long as the item has not been shipped, we can cancel and refund your order. Once the order has been shipped, cancelation is not available.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us at support@juanador.com within 7 days of item receipt. Please allow up to 1 business day for a response and our team will work to resolve any and all issues.
